Information you provide

When you submit a project inquiry, MITEYO collects your name, business email, company, website, target market, product requirements and other project information you choose to provide.

Technical and attribution data

We may record the page used to submit the inquiry, referring page, campaign parameters and a one-way hash derived from the network address for security and submission-rate control. The hash is not used to identify you.

How information is used

Information is used to review inquiries, assess product-development feasibility, communicate with you, prevent abuse and maintain B2B project records. An automated confirmation email may be sent after submission.

Service providers

Hosting, database, security and transactional-email providers may process information solely to operate these functions. Project information may also be shared with relevant development, manufacturing, quality or logistics partners when needed to evaluate or execute a project.

Retention and requests

Records are retained according to legitimate business, security and legal needs. To request access, correction or deletion of inquiry information, email nick@miteyobio.com and include your inquiry reference when available.
