Private Label Oral Strips for Supplement Brands

Private label oral strips combine a reviewed oral-film product direction with a brand’s positioning, packaging and artwork. Projects can start from ready-to-brand, semi-custom or custom development routes. Ingredient load, flavor, film behavior, individual sachets and retail cartons still need evaluation; a private-label approach does not remove formula feasibility or market-specific label review.

QUICK ANSWER

What are private label oral strips?

Private label oral strips combine a reviewed oral-film product direction with a brand’s positioning, packaging and artwork. Projects can start from ready-to-brand, semi-custom or custom development routes. Ingredient load, flavor, film behavior, individual sachets and retail cartons still need evaluation; a private-label approach does not remove formula feasibility or market-specific label review.

Start with a usable brand brief

Define the intended customer, use occasion, sales channel and target market before selecting package artwork. Explain which ingredients, serving expectations and claims are essential and which may change. This helps separate brand preferences from formulation constraints and gives the development team a practical basis for discussing a product route.

Make the carton and sachet work together

The retail carton carries the principal brand expression, while a small individual sachet needs a readable product identity and the information required for its market. The visual concepts here use a green Miteyo carton and product-led sachets without the Miteyo logo. Colors and patterns are coordinated; final label content is reviewed separately for the actual formula and jurisdiction.

Approve samples before final artwork

Review flavor, mouthfeel, film integrity, appearance and opening experience using agreed criteria. Confirm the serving and unit count before approving print files. Sample timing, minimum order, material options and pricing are project-specific and should be discussed against the final package and formulation rather than assumed from a stock image.

Discuss the next development step

Send your market, ingredient priorities, target serving, flavor direction and preferred packaging. We will use the brief to identify the questions that need a formulation and production review.

Questions for your development brief

Can I provide my own packaging artwork?

Yes, artwork can be included in the project brief. It must fit the selected package structure and be checked against the actual formula, serving, required label information and print specifications before approval.

Can I provide my own formula brief?

Yes. Share ingredient priorities, target amounts per serving, market, consumer and package preference. Identify which requirements are essential. The review assesses whether the complete formula can work as a film; it does not assume every proposed ingredient or load is feasible.

How are samples evaluated?

Agree the sample objectives before development. Review taste, mouthfeel, film appearance, handling and dissolution, then consider the intended sachet and relevant stability requirements. Record specific feedback so the next development decision is clear.

What determines MOQ and lead time?

The formulation, ingredient sourcing, package structure, print requirements, sampling work and production review affect commercial arrangements. MOQ, price and timing are project-specific; request a quotation against the reviewed brief instead of assuming fixed numbers.

Can packaging and artwork be customized?

Discuss individual sachets, cartons, pocket or trial formats and the intended sales channel. Final artwork must match the actual formula, serving and required market information. Barrier and sealing requirements are reviewed along with the film.
